In fact, he was so determined he would often go for weeks training twice per day, in the morning and then back again at lunchtime.

This was sandwiched in between 14 hour days while still trying to eat.

Sure, he was slim, but it quickly became too much and his health spiraled out of control as he tried to maintain his physique, balance a demanding job and fit in time to see friends.

That was over a decade ago, and thankfully at RMF, we take a much smarter approach than eating less and training more.
